After achieving qualifications in health and fitness studies, sports science and sports therapy, I have gone on to offer a wide range of services within the fitness industry.
Ranging from gym instruction and supervision at the Suffolk Hotel & Spa as well as responsibility for the development of education amongst the gym staff, to group classes (circuits, body combat, aerobics) one 2 one training, strength and conditioning, kickboxing, rehabilitation and sports massage.
I have also worked with local sports teams and individual amateur/semi pro athletes. With over 10 years experience I will aim to develop you both physically and mentally with a diverse range of exercises in a safe, capable and professional way.
Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights - it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw. However this is not just for athletes, I like to incorporate this with my clients as I want to bring the best methods of training to each individual i work with.
